How we prepare your quote
What a clearance costs cannot be judged over the phone. So we come round: you send us a few pictures, we visit and quote a fixed price on the spot. What has value comes off it.
What every quote contains
The fixed price is in writing before we start. What has value comes off. Whether you pay a balance or receive a payout depends on what your belongings are worth.

Send us some initial photos
Photograph the rooms you would like cleared and send us the pictures. You do not need to prepare or tidy up anything. That lets us judge the effort better and discuss the next steps with you.
