How a flat clearance works

  1. You give us the handover date

    We schedule the clearance before then and confirm it in writing. You need not be present once access and a contact you can reach are agreed.

  2. What is left to pay

    We name one total price for the saleable items. It is in the quote and comes off the fixed price. Tell us beforehand what you want to keep.

  3. Personal items back on request

    On request, we set aside any documents, letters and photos we find and hand them to you.

Common questions

How quickly can you clear a flat?
We usually visit within a few days. We set the clearance date to meet your deadline, subject to the work involved and our availability. Tell us the handover date when you enquire.

Do I have to be there during the clearance?
No. If we have agreed everything beforehand and we have access to the rooms, we can carry out the clearance without you being present.

Do you also clear single rooms or the cellar?
Yes. We come round for that too, and you get a fixed price.

Send us some initial photos

Photograph the rooms you would like cleared and send us the pictures. You do not need to prepare or tidy up anything. That lets us judge the effort better and discuss the next steps with you.
