  2. You decide what stays

    On request, we set aside any documents, letters and photos we find and hand them to you. If you enquire for someone else, we first establish who may instruct us.

  3. Room by room

    We clear layer by layer and separate household goods, waste and hazardous waste.

Common questions

Will the neighbours notice?
Not necessarily. On request we come in a vehicle without lettering and plan off-peak hours. We work with closed containers and do not talk about the job in the building. From outside, a clearance looks like a move.

Can I arrange a clearance as a relative?
Only with the consent of the person living there, or as an heir after a death with the corresponding proof. In acute danger, the social service, the KESB or the fire police are the right places.

Can you look for personal documents?
On request, we set aside any documents, letters and photos we find and hand them to you. Before the clearance, tell us which other documents or keepsakes you want to retain. We look for them and set them aside for the agreed handover.

Photograph the rooms you would like cleared and send us the pictures. You do not need to prepare or tidy up anything. That lets us judge the effort better and discuss the next steps with you.
