What are your household contents worth?

Not everything that is cleared has to be thrown away. Estimate the value of your household contents with the slider.

  1. Invoice
  2. Break-even
  3. Payout

The purchase price is deducted from the clearance costs. You pay the remaining amount.

The purchase price equals the clearance costs. You pay nothing.

The purchase price exceeds the clearance costs. We pay you the difference.

You know what you paid.
We know the market value.

At the visit we check which items can be sold and what they are worth. The quote shows the clearance costs and the purchase price separately.

We buy the contents as a whole

We take the total price for the saleable contents off the cost of the clearance.

  1. Visit and value offset

We look at the rooms and their contents. We offer one total purchase price for the saleable items.

  2. Written quote

The quote lists the agreed services at a fixed price and the purchase price. It shows whether you pay the difference or receive money from us.

  3. Payment and start of work

Once you accept the quote, the difference is paid by you or by us. We then begin the clearance. If the amounts balance out, no payment is needed.

Why not sell piece by piece?

  1. A buyer for each item

Sofas, books, crockery and tools attract different buyers, prices and ways of selling.

  2. Single sales take weeks

After the photos and listing come buyer questions, viewings and collection, all before handover.

  3. The rest stays behind

Popular pieces sell quickly. Hard-to-sell items remain in the flat on handover day.

  4. Deadlines lower the price

As handover nears, you accept lower prices sooner. The total price is agreed beforehand.
