House clearance

We clear family homes, including cellars, attics and garages. We also take items from the garden.

How a house clearance works

  1. We look at the whole house

During the visit, we look at the attic, floors, cellar, garage and garden. You then receive the fixed price in writing.

  2. Tools and collections

We buy tools, machinery and collections if they can be resold. The amount is in the quote and comes off the fixed price.

  3. Estates: only once the position is clear

We clear only once the heirs’ position is clear. A visit and a quote are possible beforehand.

Send us some initial photos

Photograph the rooms you would like cleared and send us the pictures. You do not need to prepare or tidy up anything. That lets us judge the effort better and discuss the next steps with you.
